DESCRIPTION
The spacious holiday apartments are located in a gated community in the quiet residential area of La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz. Our three apartments are on the first and second floor and have a large, furnished, west-facing balcony with a view of the garden and the sea or the Teide. The complex includes two outdoor pools. An additional underground parking space can be rented for a single apartment.

Sleeps 2 1 Double bed 1 Bathroom
50 sqm, bathroom with shower/toilet, bidet, hairdryer, bedroom with double bed, safe, living area with TV, kitchenette with oven, glass ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker; generously furnished terrace with loungers, table, chairs and sun awning. In one of the apartments, a third person (child) can be accommodated on a sofa in the living room on request and at an additional cost.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
- Maximum occupancy: 2 people in a double bed and a baby. An additional child can be accommodated in one of the apartments on a sofa bed in the living room.
- Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included.
- Accommodation without meals. Small stocks such as salt, sugar, cooking oil may be available upon arrival.
- Free baby cot on request.
- Satellite TV.
- Free WiFi with 600mb.
- Two outdoor swimming pools.
- One underground parking space: 25,-€ per started week, reservation recommended.

Children
Free of charge up to the third birthday in a baby cot or parents bed. Surcharge per night for a child from 3-12 years on a pull-out couch: 5,-€
Long-term vacation
For stays of at least 22 nights, we grant a discount on the above daily prices. The exact price information is provided with an individually created reservation offer.
Booking request
After sending the booking request using the form on the right, you will receive a reservation offer from us with definitive confirmation of availability and price as well as the booking conditions. If you would like to accept this offer, you must confirm this to us again. The booked dates are crossed out in the form calendar. Since there is no real-time update in this calendar, this is only for approximate orientation.
